有關許願卡英文翻譯

請各位英文高手為我將下面的中文翻譯為英文謝謝!!附件為許願卡，比照往年一樣需寫許願卡，出差或不在台北辦公室的同仁，請利用附件填寫，請各位同仁於12/16之前交給我，我將會把許願卡布置在大門前的牆上，謝謝！！更新:請問這兩句該怎麼翻比較好,謝謝!!1.我會發給大家填寫並統一掛在門口處2.可以利用附件的檔案
